1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Kristal Plantet ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Kristal Plantet platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility

To use the Kristal Plantet Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Kristal Plantet provides a multi-level marketing and business consulting platform that includes, but is not limited to:

• Payout and fund management systems.
• Automated and manual bonus distribution systems.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for such actions.

5 Financial Transactions & Payouts

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Transactions are processed in accordance with the payout schedule and policies outlined in the Platform.
• We reserve the right to withhold, delay, or reverse transactions in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or regulatory requirements.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes on income earned through the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may be updated from time to time.
• Fund transfers between accounts are subject to the Platform's internal transfer policies.

6 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or any transaction.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating the referral system.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or attack the platform infrastructure.
• Spamming, harassing, or abusing other members of the Platform.
• Circumventing or attempting to bypass security measures on the Platform.
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform without authorization.
• Making false or defamatory statements about Kristal Plantet or its members.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of earnings, and legal action where appropriate.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the Kristal Plantet Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of Kristal Plantet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.

8 Disclaimers

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

We do not warrant that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kristal Plantet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Damages resulting from any third-party conduct on the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification requirements.
• Extended inactivity as defined by our Platform policies.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending payouts or balances at the time of termination may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kristal Plantet is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
